Right, imagine I've caught the commander- two questions.
Will he go through any terrain (last time it was phase 3 he wouldn't but I'm not sure if this has changed)?
How long before he kills himself?

He is better at terrain negotiation but may does not always handle steep hills too well... I am not sure if his time limit has been changed though.

I did this mission last night
He went 3500 meters in 30 minutes and that involved all terrain negotiations. He seemed to handle steep hills and flats just fine. The Sith never got a chance to catch up to him

Wow, at first I was gonna panick about having to walk the commander back, since I had misread the quest description to think that I had to capture from 25 bases. Only one commander to escort? Piece of cake.
