Yes. But I really want to finish the village. We should be able to finish the village. They should change the conversion rates and give double XP so we can finish and fight mellichae.

Well i don't feel like im missing out on anything now. Sucks i didn't get all the rewards from it i wanted by continuing to do them, but atleast i get my second char slot.

wow, what a huge kick in the crotch to all the fs players who spents hours and hours and hours grinding for that second slot.

Rofl FS? you still arn't a jedi therefor not earning the box either. Yes it's a kick in the nuts but its a bigger slap to the jedi.

I did not see the announcement, so we are all getting second character slots just for being force sensitive? I was wigging out because I unlocked 6 branched but I was never going to finish it in time.

No....Everyone in SWG will get a second slot...as per the announcement below...

No, allplayers will be getting 2 slots per server, spread out across 4 servers, for a maximum of 8 characters. This is not an FS and/or Jedi deal. And Brenlo's post indicated that this will be "in the coming months", so it won't happen right away unless that changes. The way it was worded, only Jedi will have the second slot right away when this update launches, everyone else will get it ... eventually, at some unspecified time in the future.

well, i spent many hours grinding out fs xp in order to get the second slot instead of having fun just playing the game. turns out it was a total waste of time, although fortunately for me i still had a long way to go. i really feel bad for those that were just about to unlock when this announcement was made. talk about pwned!
they should at least give me the chance to burn The Village to the ground before they delete it

Yes indeed. Also, the Jedi alternate toon may be 'above and beyond'...still an extra. Do not be surprised whenthat extra character will be part of a $30.00 expansion in 4-6 months.
