I added Theta and Sigma today. The waypoints are not spot on since the turrets killed me once at Theta, as I was driving by no less. They hit for 300 each hit and I was nearly 200m away. I was on my back before I knew what hit me.

The readme first sticky contains a link Titled........ Phase 3 Base Location by Galaxy 
Try there first, just make sure you read through the whole thread for the latest updated listings.

he's actually making an updated list for this current phase 3. the waypoints in the stickies are usually correct but the names of the bases change, so are not at the same waypoint, thus making the stickies incorrect. therefore, i think the OP should continue what he is doing and NOT read the stickies (OMG, never thought i'd see that)

Lol, didn't know the names were changing. Ours (Gorath)have been the same since the last wp update (Jan05). Carry on then.....I...can........say it......ig-ig-nore the.....sti-...NO I CAN'T say it!

I actually did go to the sticky and we set out last night to complete the mission. 
We quickly found out that all the names have changed, but most of the waypoints still lead to a base, which makes life a little bit easier.

Hey Raul, I would like that remote for Zeta. I'll send you a tell and email when I'm on. I really want that remote so hold on to it for me. Thanks.

Zeta is the closest base to Aurilia this phase,head to5942, -2024 to get to it. This is the base I completed the quest with, only took me about5 mins or soto run the commander from there. I also have a spare shield remote for Zeta, if anyone is interested send /tell to Raul

No worries, I won't be on till this evening probably (around 6:30pm GMT) unless I log in at lunchtime, but I will keep the remote for you. Kind of funny actually, we spent ages looking for Zeta codes at the nearby bases, and after 5 trips back to the Captain with frequency disks we'd had no luck. So we went to the furthest away base and got two in one trip!
