eyes checked and found "guesses on phase four"
i remember i actually once saw a dated calender or something like it!
was that i was hoping for, or just a date on next phase shift!
The phases can vary because of the means they use to change. When the phase changes after a server restart a timer starts running. The timer is set to 2,073,600 seconds or so, which is three weeks. When the timer goes off the phase will change at the next server restart, which occurs on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday regularly and sometimes even more often depending on your server (Hello, Bria!).
There are also unknown factors that effect the downtime, such as extra downtimes for things like expansions to be implemented.
The guesses in the sticky thread have been excellent so far though, and going by them is a good bet.

just not happy to hear that server down time can effect that...... damn the euro servers downtime
