Last night I started making my first steps towards getting that 'glow'. I even made it up to 'feeling a surge of force'. But i read, now, that the /check might not work. Or that you cant glow at all anymore. I am not sure which one it is. I started this because the BH missions i were doing, were driving me into the ground. I am wondering if this is a bad time to get into this?

Becoming a Jedi is not a life or death thing for me, ( i cant quit starwars for WoW), [ I quit WoW for Starwars <---- Imagine that]. I have another question also. If i were to get that special 'glow', and that unlikely visit from the old man, would the sith shadow (i think thats what they are) scale down to my CL, or will it be a trashing. At the moment I am only CL 57. I expect to be Low 60s when i master BH.

Any helpfull advice would be apprieciated.

I can't answer your first question, being as i'm far past that(completed my glowy after pub 9). but i can answer your second.

according to the FS guide stickie. the sith that spawn will be CL 75-80. if you have any questions just refer to the guide uptop.

i completed all of this August of '04, but it came to my knowledge that the sith are pretty solid at lvl 77-79 and attack 2-3 at a time...like i said i did it over a year ago and that was before CU so i have really no idea since i've seen nothing of them since.

At this time it doesn't look like its possible to get to inner glow. Hopefully that will be fixed soon.

On your other point, no they will not scale down. I was CL 58 when the Sith Came and they were still 77-80 CL. I had a friend help me out. Just group up with a good high level CL buddy and let them do most of the work. Be sure they don't loot the Sith though, you need to do that .
