Force Sensitive Archive

Hello, quick question. The guide says that only a limited number of people are able to do the crafting quests each phase. I've kind of dragged my feet for the first half of this phase, but I have time to head on over there and get it done. My question is, does that "cap" ever get reached? I've never seen any whine posts about not being able to do the crafting quest, so I assume the "cap" is high enough that I should be able to do it, even towards the end of the phase. Is that correct?
