They will come again, but it will take 24-72 hours but even longer sometimes. If they come back for you just make sure that if you are ranged you hit them with stopping/root shots and hit high damage specials. Get some action reduction PuP's so that you can spam more specials than normal. If you are melee make sure you have a macro running for center of being when they show, keep it in your quickbar so that you can tap it at anytime. Good luck to you
