Thread: Someone Else looted the Sith Datapad

Firsty I apologise in advance if this is the 7000th time this has been asked, but didn't see it in any of the guide or found and answer by searching. Well saw lots about bugs about the Sith datapad but not what happened to me.
When I was attacked by 2 Sith shadows after getting the crystal from the Old Man they attacked my Team mates on a group hunt. I tried to get the kill shot, but someone else killed one with auto attack. They got the sith datapad, not me. They couldn't trade it with me either.
Should I wait for more Sith to attack again or destroy the crystal and wait for the old man? Or is everyone as confused as me (well I'm mainly annoyed.)

could that person get the wp to the sith base though? maybe if he was able to giv u the wp to the sith base then u might be able to continue. I have never encountered this problem before, but usually if something wrong happened the old man/sith would come again in a couple hours...try logging out of game and logging back in game but i am sry that i dont hav any concrete info to giv yah.

your screwed. they will never come back and you will never be able to become a jedi. you need to start a new account.

Yep, I was misleading you into thinking they will come again.
They only come once....ever!
Best thing to do now is start up a new accout and try again.

Don't destroy your force crystal.
If someone else looted the sith (njubs!!!!!) just wait until they return.
This happened my first encounter with them and they returned several hours later.
Helps to travel between planets/cities and hunt to speed up their re-spawn.
Might want to consider warning your hunting party of the potential encounter and/or leave the group as soon as you see two red dots come in on the radar to prevent njub-looting of the datapad.
Don't loot them until both are dead!

Why lie to someone when they ask for help? Find something better to do.
