Last Phase I did the Captain Sarguillo 1-10 patrol. He unlocked Ranged Accuracy for me.

This phase started up and NOW I CAN'T TAKE MISSIONS FROM ANYBODY!!!.

They all act like I am already doing a quest?! I talk to Captain Sarguillo and he says go talk to Dageerin. I go talk to him. "The village thanks you for your help. I am aware of what you are doing for us." or something like that.

I go talk to the Village Elder. He sends me to Dageerin. Dageerin gives me the same f'ing response. I can't talk to whip either. He says i'm doing something already.

Does anyone know how to fix this?!

I submitted a ticket but knowing how crappy SOE customer service is I'm so worried of missing this unlock.

THERE HAS GOT TO BE SOMETHING ILLEGA ABOUT NEGLECTINGA PROBLEM IN ORDER TO KEEP PEOPLE PAYING FOR EXTRA MONTHS. Don't you think?

I had the exact same problem in Phase 4 and in Phase 1. Only thing you can do is file a ticket and have a CSR reset the quest marker.
