it just wont trigger. Any help? Doing this for imperial force sensitive quest

If i remember correctly, it is on top of the waterfall.. not at the POI itself.. it's been a few months since i went and got that badge...

Vendor located just outside of Restuss at (/wayp 4878 6375) - Spice, Looted Weapons, Armor, Buff Items and other Misc items. This is also the drop off location
Sunrunner: Mumybecca (CL 14 BH).

Yeah, just walk around it a bit and it should give it to you.

near the top, with the falls to the left looking up ... you should get it
