Force Sensitive Archive

Hi everyone,

I took the quest called "Find Shield Generator Resources" this phase and am having a bit of trouble with it. Just a bit of background, I've done several village quests including the quest Find Village Wall Resources,which is nearly identical to the quest I took this phase save for each requiring different resources, and I have to this point had no problems. What I have encountered here is after surveying on Corellia, Dathomir, Naboo, Rori and Tatooine I can stand over a concentration of Iron (the first resource called for with the standard concentration requirement of more than 50%) ranging from 51-90% and the quest will not advance. I sent in a ticket and was told to try different locations. I have tried the different spawns of Iron in different locations across these planets with no success. Then I checked the quest journal and "Find Shield Generator Resources had the circle with the check mark in it and appears under the completed quests filter. The trick is I never got any of the resources nor the mission complete. So I tried to train with Noldan and no the luck branch (nor any other) has not been unlocked this time for me. I sent in a ticket and the CSR tried to help. He reset the quest for me and made sure I could take it again. So I took the quest again and a few minutes later, Iron isn't updating and the quest is back in completed quests. I send in a ticket and the CSR suggests submitting a bug report. Okay, fine but that doesn't address the current problem. I send in the bug report and try doing something else, logging out for a while then going back to the quest. Still nothing. I send in another ticket and the CSR apologizes saying he can'tdo anything (which is not entirely true)it's a bug, watch the forums for announcements. The problem with that is, I haven't seen anyone else on the forum say they had any problems with this quest. If I'm the only one then a bug report from a single person experiencing difficulties won't carry much if any weight and more than likely won't be fixed for this or the next phase three. So I'm asking if anyone has experienced anything even remotely similar to this and been able to proceed with the quest or work around it.

EDIT: I spoke with Eozlin again he and others in the village behave as though the quest is still running while the quest itself is behaving as though it is complete.
