So, i have a few remotes but chose the 'tau'. Can someone guide me a walk through for this one or is it the same as the others.....capture the commander and walk him back to the villiage?

yep just run the capture mission...there are plenty of guides floating around this forum for Phase 3. Get a partner to help out, one of you lower the shield the other captures the commander and you both walk him back

I got there last night and the place was empty, I used the remote but said that someone already done that. But the gate was still there so i destroyed it but no one was inside? Am i missing something.

no you're not missing anything. A group just got there before you and captured the commander. The reset timer for the base is 2 hrs. If the base gate is down and the camp is empty then you just have to wait your turn.
This is the guide I read over plus the guide to the Aurillian quests in the stickies....sorry I don't know how to make this a clicky

I have two of the aurillian remotes. is that something different then the rest?
