Force Sensitive Archive

I am on Shadowfire and as far as I know we are in phase 3 of the village. I need to unlock my Ranged Defense tree under Enhanced Reflexes.

I looked the info up on here and it looks like I have to talk to Dageerin, but here's the problem,

he just congratulates me and does not offer any missions. I couldn't have unlocked it as it shows

0 XP available in that slot but I have XP saved up.

The only 2 things I can come up with is; Is it still phase 3? and Do I have to talk to Noldan to actually unlock that tree? I mean it is possible that I did the missions last cycle and forgot to talk to Noldan.

I feel like I'm missing something obvious but I figured I'd ask so I can get a definate.

I think you have to talk to the elder first.

I also think that that is the quest that takes 3 days to finish so if you did not get it started you might not have enough time now.

I beleive the phase should shift to 4 today or tomorrow

I have actually unlocked the Enhanced Reflexes tree already and used the Melee Defense tree as a free unlock. I have all the Combat ones full.....I had a few free unlocks from the hologrind....so all I need now is to open this last tree.

I wonder if Shadowfire shifted to phase 4 yesterday. That would do it. I just assumed it was still in phase 3 since recent posts were regarding phase 3 stuff.
