Thread: Help! Eozlin won't talk to me!

I completed the Phase 2 Melee Speed and Phase 3 Melee Acc quests, and I can train them and they are complete in my quest log. There is nothing incomplete in my quest log at all.
I talk to the Elder about getting resources, and he tells me to talk to Eozlin. Eozlin tells me that he heard through the rumor mill that I am busy and won't give me the quest!!!
Why?

You can't to more than one quest per phase. If you completed your melee acc in this (current) phase, then you can't take anymore quests until phase shifts.
