So I waited a week for a guy saying he would do the melee acc quest with him, he decides to screw me over, then I go with another guy and he leaves me in the middle of it, I try and finish it, rebuffed and went back and 1400m from the village he 'died', then another guy decided not to show, so I go and decide to do it tonight. I get buffed die twice, someone helps out and I capture the commander, then after buffed again, my ham is full and pirates attack me while I am walking back, no big deal... Out of the blue when I have full ham and mind buff/brandy I get slain with nothing around but the pirates, and then SWG does a CTD.
I'm just so mad right now, people blow me off, I had a schedule set up and then a SWG bug prevents me from doing it again. I'm so fed up with this.

I can feel your pain. That is very, very frustrating.
I would suggest, that you wait a full cycle before you try melee acc again.
First, because it will change this weekend and second, anger will be contraproductiv and no help for you.

Or I skip Melee acc and just get ranged speed or ranged acc. Basically wasted 3 weeks and I need something else next phase 3, so that is another 9 weeks added onto this.
Why can't people hold their plans? They all skimp out, can't get anyone to do this with at the end of the phase since I waited a week or so for a guy saying he had a group together and he skimps out.

You're not on Bria, so it won't work. Besides, server restarts in 90 minutes and I have been up over 24h, would have went to bed awhile ago if I knew the guy was going to blow me off.
Wish I could have seen the combat log fully, but the game decided to give me a CTD as I died and did a /waypoint to run back to the commander.
I wanted the mind crystal, but that won't happen, now I just want the unlock, but that won't happen either now.

Well if i was on your server i would help you.
I got that mission down pat now. Beated it a few times helping my guild members.
I just hope you get it done before the phase shifts. Also if you want the mind thingy then just make two groups.
Your group with no more then two people you and someone else and the other group with everyone else that will help you.

Are you not in a guild? And also, the phase is about to change. Have you been trying this mission for 3weeks?
Always best to do your quests at the beginning of the phase, more people to help.

Sounds like you need a good guild, we did it with a doctor a couple of melee stackers and some newbies. We got luck when we took down the turrets and front gate and inside turret we waited for them to despawn and all ran in, one by one we waited for siths to walk in and we killed all five in base, got lucky i think but maybe u can try it and see, get ur group to run in after despawn, as for me i'll unlock this weekend, I could care less which one of the quests I got, there pretty much useless so keep grinding and before you know this nightmare will be over and you can unlock and become a newb all over again, back to square one =(. As for the anger you have thats good, your an imperial anyway so you'll make a good dark jedi.

I can do it solo with you.
contact e in game, all we need is 2 ppl, Me = Tank You do the actual mission.
Tips appreciated.

No I am not in a guild, and I waited because people said they would do it with me as stated in the first post and they decided to back down and they all blew me off.

I feel bad for you man, I am not in a guild either but I found someone to do it with. Plus his two guildes helped so it was quite easy. The game can be quite boring and difficult without a guild. I just wish I could find a good one myself. Best of luck in the future. This is prolly the hardest quest in the whole village. Sucks you waisted the phase. Its kinda lame that you are locked in to do a quest each phase, if the quest is hard or you change your mind your out of luck.

Well, good news...
Some friends helped me out tonight, the base was 6km away from the village. I had a friend DB me and I rebuffed myself so I didn't have to kill 5 thugs. I snuck in, grabbed the commander and walked back. The path was 6km, not too bad terrian but I was attacked by pirates 4 times, and aggroed twice, they killed them for me.
Not one aggro on the way back other then the pirates. We did it in 20 minutes and I unlcoked and got the 600 quality crystal, no buff crystal...
But thanks to my friends I did it. Luckily they were both on at the same time!

congrats mate.. *two thumbs up*. in the last minutes of phase 3. I call that the right motivation!! You will get your buff crystal the next time phase 3 will stop by. Just focus on Phase 4 now. We will need you there.
