Not fair i have to wait till tomorrow or Sat after this phase i will need 2 more

Yeah I know what you mean seeing how once bloodfin shifts to phase 3 I can finally start my last quest. Sadly, however, some servers crash when others dont, forcing them to shift earlier than expected.

Exactly, here's how it works...
- Shift changes.
- Time elapses until 3 weeks of uptime occurs (1814400 seconds EXACTLY)
- After next server restart, go back to step 1.
Historically speaking Bloodfin will shift about every 23 calendar days.

its not random, there are determeing factors, gotta live with it

Phase shift is determined by 3 weeks according to the server tick count.
It doesn't tick during down time.
The other server shifted because it wasonline for 3 weeks.
Your server has not yetbeen up for 3 weeks.
What would be unfair is if it shifted before the server's 3 weeks were up.
Ever think about the people that are still trying to unlock in this phase?
They deserve a full 3 weeks.
Of course I realize that it's your world and we are privilaged to live in it, so thanks for making your concern for everyone known.
