I looked all over the guides and various threads for this and couldn't find it.
When you do the six branches to unlock Jedi Initiate, are you stuck with thosesix forever, or can you drop the FS skills all together when you get to Initiate/Padawan? Also can you go back and learn newer FS skills after unlocking Initiate/Padawan?And to that effect can you learn new FS branches and drop old ones as long as you keepsix of them?
Thanks ahead of time if someone can tell me or point me to a guide that has this information.

You can drop a tree but only if you have another tree already completed to replace it.
Edit: Best guide i've ever seen and used it myself

Is that before or after Jedi Initiate/Padawan though, say you grind six branches to unlock Initiate, then do the trials to get to Padawan, then when the villiage phase changes can you go back and do the different FS branch, or do you have to wait for the phases ahead of time and do all of that before becoming an Initiate to begin with?

Whether you're an Initiate or Padawan you can always re-grind your FS skillslike you did previously. Aslong as you always have 6 FSbranches you won't lose Padawan/Initiate. Actually once you've made padawan i'm pretty sure you can't "Drop" any FS skills that would fall below 6 completed branches.
Just as a word of advice, once you go too far into Jedi and lose your Non-Jedi combat skills you won't be able to change your FS branches since Jedi XP for some silly reason isn't convertable to FS XP.
