Thread: Old man visits, Force Crystal does not go into inventory.

You'll have to wait for the old man to come back again and hope the crystal ends up in your inventory. If you talk to him again and still see no crystal, I'd put in a ticket and make sure you put it in the "I'm stuck" category as these have higher priority.

Don't worry, this happend to me I was realy annoyed but the sith DID come, the old man didn't come again the sith did, so be prepared for their attack!

Jordon, did the datapad work from the Sith even though you didn't have the crystal?

So now when the old man visits, the force crystal doesn't even go into my inventory. My inventory has plenty of space, so that's not the problem. I defeat the Sith and the datapads do not work, giving me the can't make sense of them message, which I'm assuming is because the stupid crystal isn't in my inventory.
Anyone else had this problem that can recommend a solution? CS tickets aren't helping, and a new useless CSR response isn't helping either.
