Hi everyone,

Well I just got glowing and I guess the phase will be changing next week. I was curious if I have enough time to do it. I got glowie last night so I am waiting for the old man. Now heres the problem I am only CL 31. I have 4100 Rifleman and 0001 BH. I was curious which tree I should go for on the first quest. I hear ranged accuracy has you going on a patrol. Are you suppose to kill anything or could I just go to the waypoints? Which tree should I do that would be the easiest for my CL? Also, considering the Siths would be a bit tougher than me, what can I do to increase my chances of beating them? Lots of food maybe?

thanks in advance for your help!

I'm not to the village yet, but I can offer you the following advice:

After the old man visits you, make absolutely sure you are grouped at all times with a CL80 if you're outside of a NPC city. If you don't, the Sith ambushwill own you like you've never been owned before. I'm CL68 and they ran through me like a warm knife through butter.

If your experience is anything like mine (and many others, from what I've gathered reading the forum) your FS entry quest will be bugged somewhere along the line and you'll miss Phase I... but I really hope you make it!

Alright, I can stay grouped. What do you mean by its bugged? As a side question too, would I have to do any attacking in that quest or could I just skip all the siths at the waypoints and just continue on to the next waypoint?

Thanks again!

I a lvl 80 MBH/MR and soloed my two Sith easily-- they were lvl 77 and 75. Just try and split them up. After killing both I looted and got the datapad and it worked fine. I went with ranged accuracy as I had a lot of combat and rifle exp to convert-- I almost had the full box done on my first visit after I did the quest.

Get your lvl up to the 70's, your just waisting your time at the lvl your at now. Even if you kill the 5 sith after the old man, with help, when you get to the village there's nothing you can kill there without help and then there's the grinding, are you grinding to get your lvl up or to trade points for FS points. I've seen alot of people rushing to glow, instead of taking the time to max combat lvl first.

That is exactly what I did. I started on the path to getting glowie. After reading mulitpe threads, doing various missions, and alot of other things, I put my priority of getting glowie on the back burner until I got up to CL80. I pickup up CL80 last night so tonight I will be back on my path to getting glowie. Only have to do the Warren to get it.

In addition to that, the Jedi that is my Master (role-playing here) gave me that exact assignment. Abtain CL80 before going any further towards the glowie status.

I am glad I did this because I have learned alot in this assignment. I would highly suggest it to anyone else that is working toward the path to Jedi.

I agree, getting to CL80 should be your first priority. After that go for the glowie then the village quests--Its so much easier!!

Yeah I would like to get my CL up before I went to the village, its just the phase changes next week. I want to unlock my first tree before it changes. Saves me three weeks. Thats why I am trying to find a way of doing that. Do you think its possible? :S

Possible yes, the way I did one quest was to get the quest, have my friends, "MBH/MP, and MCM,MC" group with me and then I was able to complete the quest. That was the hard way, now that I am CL80 myself, its so much easier.

under combat prowess you might as well try and get melee speed and accuracy. Ranged accuracy and ranged defense serve no purpose for jedi unless you plan to go master powers.
