Thread: Got sith WP disk but says i cant read it til i loot it

Got sith WP disk after ambush but says "i cant read it til i loot it", but its in my inventry. Have tried dropping it in my houseor trading it but does not let me. Have moved it to my backpack as per another thread, still not joy. Please help.

funny that you make this thread, I JUST POSTED THE same thing 1 hour ago , why dont you continue that thread.

its a slightly different error, you can read your where m ine says i can view it till i loot it, also tried the backpack thing but did not work.

well im Jedi but im helping afriend with this same issue she just solod the sith but no journal update nor can she read the pad. Old man comes daily to her but she is gated at this point

i had that problem ages ago, sometimes the first disk you get isnt the "one" and you need to get another, i dont know why, but that seems to be the case

Had this happen to me a couple of days ago.
I had gone LD after killing two of the three Sith, came back on, killed the third, and kept getting that message.
Sent bug to CSR's, but before I got an answer to them, i basically just ended up deleting the disk, and about 6 hours later the camp showed back up, and I killed them all again and got the disk and it worked that time.
Edit - Forgot to add, message back from CSR's was that they couldnt help and report it as a bug.

its good to know other ppl are having the same problem. i have sent a ticket but not holding my breath. Just hoping someone has a work around or a fix.
