yep. its true. been over 20 hours and they havnt come. hopefully sometime today though they will. >

Not to worry. They rarely ever come within 24 hours. It took me around 48 hours before they came to me. And btw, I hope you have at least to combat-related profs. The siths are lvl 77 NPCs and there are 2-3 of them. Don't get overconfedent.

Sorry, your gonna die pretty quickly. You need to be lvl 80 to solo them, as their 77 and 78. You need to get up to 80, or get friends, but then you cant run the village quests anyway.

With Doc in your template you should be fine. However do expect a pretty good fight.

hopefully can get attacked in a city you can run and shoot then go behind a building. I love line - of - site thing. i got hit waiting for a shuttle!

not true i took them down at lvl 67 with rifleman and some bh the thing was tho i was i the mp outpost on dant and they didnt attack me they just stood outside so i went out used cover and conceal shot to pull one of them i kept concealshoting it till it was at 1/2 life and found me then adv sniper shots used the same tactic on each sith so if uve know how to use ure charecter and ure charecter can do it u can solo them at a lower cl.

they were very easy. and i didnt have any buffs or foood in. i didnt come close to dieing.

I am beginning to suspect they are not all created equal. I'd been waiting for first sith shadows too, they finall popped on me as i zoned into the Imp outpost on Talus. 4 of them. Were alot of people there so they didn't all jump me. I had one to myself and was getting hit 700 or so through brand new 6k energy composite (I am MBH, 3200 CM, 0003 Pistol), couldn't keep up and got incapped. Whereas I can keep up with the CL84's on Avatar one on one, /shrug.
3 or 4 Jedi were right there though and a base full of troopers, still took awhile to kill them all. Anyway, next time I hope to get just 2 of the weak ones I read about.

You're talking about the Sith for the village entry here?
The ones that pre-CU had about 150 health and died before you really shot back at them?

So are they really CL 78 or so, or just a display bug and they just have stats (Healthpoints, damage etc) like a CL 5 or so?
Because they spawn and attack instantly (used to at least) so basicly the village is no closed to anyone who can't solo two CL 78 NPCs since you can't just get help?
and if you're level 10 or full crafter or so you die in one hit from a CL 78, since alone the level multiplier is higher than your hitpoints.

took me a good few shots to get them down. and they got my health pretty far down.
