Thread: Phase 1 Assembely Bugged

When you get to the part where you're supposed to use the Recursive Analyzer neither it or the other tool are usable. They both say "You can't see this object. You may have to move closer" even if you're standing right on top of them. It may be different on other servers but I know for sure its this way on Bria.

Hmm...Sound like the same problem I encounter while trying to storeClone data on the Adv Planets. All the clone terminals in the small grey warehoues on tough planets give me the same message, but I can still clone in the biggers one on Corellia.

Same thing on Valcyn. Can't do quest with this bug in place

I suspect that Trader/Enteratiner will end up being worse off, and they're not saying anything, as people will quit because of it.

I'm going to quit when the sub runs out, and return if the revamps are worthwhile, unless knowledge of the revamps come before subs run out, and I like it, but I'm not going into day 1 of the new month, then the revamps get announced, and my char is shafted.

Hello Jedi/FS correspondant, please have a word to devs to get this fixed ASAP, we only have 3 weeks, time frame needs to be a max of 2 weeks, so it still gives us a week to do it, but really needs to be fixed TODAY.


Chances are by the time it comes round again, it could be bugged again, from another patch/publish, and I REALLY don't want to wait 12 weeks to find out!


This is the same bug that happened with the cloning terminals, although thats not too drastic, that can be overcome, 1) by using /clone or 2) If that even didn't work, just needed to get healed, which is still a problem for the game, but not gamebreaking. This bug for the Village quest is gamebreaking, as can NOT do the quest.

Happened to me and another guy late last night/this morning. I sent in a ticket and got the response "We know, it's a bug, we're working on it". I tried using all the devices from every point in the room, and no go. I even walked as far away as I could get and tried to use them. Maybe there is a /command we can type in, kind of like the /clone bug.


I'm not real worried about getting it fixed soon. The quest itself doesn't look like it takes a whole lot of time to complete, just persistence and luck.

try targeting the item and typing the /use command

with the clone centers, if you target them and type /clone, they work just fine. I have tried this on every planet

/use gives the error message, "You aren't carrying a Doctor Bag".

Typing // for the command list, I see /useDoctorBag, /useReconDrone, but no /useItem or similar thing



Why do people pay to play a MMORPG but not want to interact with other people?

The quest worked fine for me. The equipment inside the hut dont work....but idirectly outside the door near (I think its a campfire) there are a set of tools there on the ground. They work fine. I completed it without a hitch. Try those tools and you should be fine.

The tools were placed outside the hut as a quick fix workaround for the bug. Unfortunately, the powers that be, in their infinite (lack of) wisdom, removed the ones outside the hut on Naritus. Not sure about other servers.

God willing last mention of this horrid affair.... When I went back {the third time today } an analyzer and calibrator had been places at the front door.

I added to the ticket a bunch of hugs and kisses and roses and chocolates.

Then I decided I was hungry and ate the roses.
