Thread: +Ranged Speed mod bugged?

I read in a sticky here somewhere that the Ranged Speed mods from the Combat Prowess FS skill boxes are bugged.

Is that information correct?

If so, any word on when a fixed is planned?

They used to be but they've been fixed since the CU

I second that, have 3/4 of them and DPS went up 4 each time so its got to be working.

Its parshally fixed. I have unlocked it and i cant get the branch so i have to wait till phase 3 starts again and i dont want to wait for the next phase cuse i only have 4 boxes left to do.
