For some reason I've never been good at adding up all this stuff... here's my temp:

TKM/MSword/MBrawler/4xxxFencer/NovicePike/xx2xMedic (might drop med and pick up more in Pike)

I know I can also bank like 600k between pistol, carbine and rifle.

Could anyone calculate what exactly I could max in xp before heading to the village to turn in each trip? To me it seemed to come close to 4 million but I could be way off...

TKM = 1.2 million unarmed

MSword = 1.2 million 2H weapons

4xxxFencer = 1.2 million 1H weapons

NovicePike = 350k polearm

xx2xMedic = 30k medical

So in one trip you could convert 3.95 million XP to combat/reflexes, not counting combat XP, and 30k medical to senses.
