I don't know, but if anyone can tell me, does it sound like this could be something that will make the village go away? I don't know, but in a way it kinda sounds like Jedi Quests (or FS) but it wouldn't make sense for all FS and Jedi people to go and buy an expansion and no one else does... idk, here is the link, what is everyone elses thoughts?

looks like everone will beable to do the quests wich sounds pretty stupid too me for everyone to see a ghost of obi-wan. biwan:

Are you positive it has nothing to do with Force Sensitive and the Village?


I would hate for it all to change - for those who have already completed all of the Force Sensitive Experience that they need.

i saw this in the jedi forum today:

as long as you have to pay for an expansion, there is no way they can force "jedi-stuff" into it, like FRS and village, cause they are a feautre in the base game. Sounds correct, but you never know with SOE

this is correct, norewgian-scout, it would be as if they put in a quest for all jedi that took place in space, or on kashyyk, they can't force it on the player base since they may not be able to buy the expansion.

well if this is true, then i've unlocked all 6 branches in november then BLAM it doesnt matter anymore. Gotta pay 20 bucks to start over....

But I heard that the FRS was popping back on at this time too... idk what to believe, seems like people are making rumors or SOE just tell certain people...

a good expansion and the relase of a new FRS (not related to exp) will bring back ALOT of people do this game, might be planning that?!?!

I doubt that the new expansion will make any changes to the progression from FS to Jedi Padawan. It might, however, have something to do with the Knight Trials and the FRS. I could see them making it so that in order to progress further along the Jedi path than just Padawan, you have to buy the expansion and do the quests from Obi-Wan. I don't know if that would be a good decision for SOE or not - it might give a huge incentive for Jedi to buy the expansion, but on the other hand, it might upset a lot of people too. They also might be planning to introduce two waysfor theFRS, one PvE (those with the expansion)and the other PvP (those without the expansion).


At this point,almost everything is just rumors and speculation. Hopefully the dev chat tomorrow night will help clear some things up.
