I'm currently a 2/2/2/1 TKA with a full set of 51% composite armor that I wear (well, full for a trandoshan). What would be everyone's advice on how to PvP Bounty Hunters effectively who spam eyeshot?

Hi,
for what they worth, those are my advices :
- get a good composite helm with 3 layers ( caution, the HAM cost is heavy ),
- angerian fishak drink ( 500 mind boost, no downer ),
- Ice breaker drink ( willpower boost, no downer ),
- Muon gold drink ( I dont remember what it does since I dont use it but it's mind related )
- hire a dancer and a musician to buff your mind and focus-willpower.

lol, thats basically what you have to do, you need to find a great armorsmith and get a 90% compo helmet.

Dont fight em in the open, make em fight you on your terms such as in buildings or around corners. Also at 2-2-2-1 you probaly shouldnt pvp that much eheh you'll have more fun with it after you get to TKM.

I started the Village last night. Seeing as Phase 1 is coming to a close withing the next 10 days, and seeing as I don't exactly know how to maximize XP gain yet, should I forget about the Phase 1 quest and work on maxing xp for Phase 2? Or should I try to complete Phase 1? I only play for 2-3 hours every other night and I am cash poor.

you should unlock as many as you can. I think your misunderstanding is you think that you can only train the branch that you unlocked that phase, this in fact is not correct. Check the stickies for more information.

So I just need to unlock the quest? I started Ranged Accuracy last night (do 10 patrols to unlock). All I have to do is complete the 10 patrols before phase 1 is over and I'll be ok? I can then work on filling the skill in that unlock whenever I want in the future? I looked through the stickies but couldn't find much that answered my question.
Thanks for the help

That's correct.
As long as you have unlocked the branch. You can fill the 4 boxes of that branch at your leisure.
But always try to get an unlock each phase, even if you don't want one. Just do it in case you change your mind later and wished you'd gotten an unlock you never bothered with.

Yes, unlock whenever you possible can. Even if you unlock every single branch, it wll be better then not doing them when you are able to. When you come to a better understanding of how the grind and village work, you'll know what we mean. There are some good threads in the Force Sensitive forum to let you get some knowledge of it if you need. Good luck.

One last thing. I am under the impression that you need to unlock six branches (with an possibility of a 7th). Is this correct?

It's just 6 branches all together. You can unlock one per phase (3 weeks) and grind as much as you want in-between or after.
