Hello fellow fsxp grinders

After reading this forum I'd like your opinion please.

I have unlocked 5 trees but have only just started grinding and filled 2 boxes only

I am currently just using unarmed to grind and can usually cap 1.5 times per buff session.

What I would like to know, would it be quicker using C12s (how many times do you cap combat xp per buff session), or;

Would it be quicker to grind marksman and commando IV and start using advanced grenades.

I appreciate and comments/tips you might have

I was in the same situation as you. I had 4 unlocks but only filled 3 boxes using unarmed. I decided to go 4000 Commando and it was a great decision. In the last three weeks of playing 4 hours a day I've managed to grind out the remaining boxes and have my second to last branch XP banked. I will get done banking my XP on saturday and will have to sit around for a month waiting to be a jedi. Anyway I thought goinging commando was the best choice ive made during this grind and im sure you wont regret it.

With only two boxes unlocked, it's my opinion that you're much better off grinding out Commando/TK and using Imperials or Thermals than using C-12's.

definetly, you wont regret that.. (except of the millions of credits u will have to waste)

i got to 2 lines filled using unarmed and it took me months of not solid or intensive grind but a steady pace. For various reasons I went cmndo 3000 and am using imp dets now. In a week of one buff per night i finished a line, so huge huge difference.

Pretty much what he above posters have said mate. The major consideration is the cost and your playstyle, if you wanna get it quick and have the cash nades definitely (with tkm)

I don't have a huge amount of money but I do own an ATST, looks like going commando is the way, generate some cash through the ATST and using unarmed and buy nades when I have the money.

Trying to get this done before CU, a race against time

trying to be so nice to my gf so she doesn't moan when I'm online every night for 3 1/2 hours. If only the irritation of work would go away.
