Seems to happen to alot of people during Phase II. Send in a CSR Ticket and hope for the best.

Good job on getting supplies is a standard reply after you complete the Whip's phase 2 quest.

trying to unlock my 5th branch but i'm not able to take any missions from the npcs they just give me some lame response like good job getting supplys.

thx i did that whip quest 6 months ago before i left the game and came back

You cannot redo a quest you've already done, even if you wait a full Village cycle.

sorry i did the force vehicle from whip i'm trying to do the melee speed from degeerin this time around.
