If you travel towards the city from the starport his "domain" will be in a crater behind the city, I'll try to grab a wp for you

Its the only starport you can land on. You have to go to his palace and talk to his guards next to him and then you can talk to him. Its real easy, just be prepared for a lot of traveling.

I am in his palace and spoketo him, he offers me work and to talk to his people....



I dont want that, how do I just get the darn waypoint?

You can't get the badge without doing the missions

if you are at his palace then talk to Jenkins first, he will give you a mission to go to the droid caves to get something from a broken droid, come back talk to kole and go to the gas mines get what he wants, come back talk to nym and go to the imp bunker thing and get what he wants, come back you are done




edit, you cant get the badge without the missions cause this is a content badge not just a POI
