Don't know for sure, haven't gotten there yet myself but I have heard and read of other people with similar problems, usually they said just shuttling or logging out and back in fixes it. maybe try deleting any instance of the wp and info and see if the old manvisits you another.

Same thing happened to me when I had it earlier this week, shuttled a bunch and same result. Then I just hung back a bit from the waypoint and logged in and out about a half dozen times. Eventually the tent popped up for me and I was able to finish. Hope it works for you.

Hi, was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this bug with the mission to kill Mellichae?
The old man visits me and i accept the mission to go to mellichae's camp. i drive around 1200m to the waypoint but when i get there the waypoints despawns, the quest is removed from my journal and mellichae and his crew are no where to be seen. I thought that i would do the shuttle trick again and try to get another old man visit, but when i shuttle to another city it just gives me the waypoint to mellichae's camp in the exact same location and the quest is once again in my journal.
Im gonna probably just wait for the Old Man to revist me before shuttling out so that i can get the quest again but i was just wondering if anyone had come accross this problem before.
