If they get a bounty on you from the terminals, as soon as they see you within combat range, they can attack you, no duel required.

You get visibility from using any form of force power in front of other players, or NPC. This means using your lightsaber , or any force power (eg lightning).

In the next publish, you will no longer get visibility from the people in your group.

If you generate enough visibility, your name appears on a BH terminal. Any BH can take your mission. Your mission value (right now) is the amount of Jedi skill points x 1000. The BH can attack you whenever he pleases, but you cannot attack back until he has fired his first shot.

If the BH wins, you lose the xp, at the rate of Jedi skill points x 2000. (so a Jedi padawan with all 5 novices = 40 points = loss of 80 000 Jedi xp).

However, in the next publish this all changes. Your mission will no longer contain your name, so it will be random depending on how much vis you generate. Also the payout will vary from minimum 45k, to max 52k. However the BH can also receive a bonus payout after killing you, again depending on Jedi points, visibility rating etc. Tanks (BH corr) tested it on a Jedi this week and got a 226k payout.

As a BH about to be Jedi (phase 3) let me tell you.

the life of a paddy was hell.. I killed alot of them. You pic up their mission (with name/ level, soon to be romoved) and get their position. Wait till they're clearly in the open and swoop in and hit them before they even have time to brown their panties

First strike was a great thing. Next pub, July 16 I am told, BH wont get your name till they're sniffing your panties, and by the time they have figured out you're their mark, you'll have already used 10 exploits to out run them and make it to your instahouse

So worry not my little paddy, you are safe.
