I was unable to start Whip's supply crates quest this time around, as all he tells me is the thankyou message from the time i completed it. I'm aware of the bug where not destroying the crate of supplies from the last time means you can't redo the quest, but I didn't keep the crate.

I sent in a ticket and a CSR comes back to me the next day saying I have cleared you to start the quest, all should be fine now. Go to try again, same thing. So I send in another ticket. Another CSR tells me it's a bug and can't be fixed.

Has anyone had CSR help on this problem and been able to continue with the quest successfully?

I'm not understanding what your saying. Are you saying that you have already completed his and want to do it again? Once you finish a quest, it can't be redone, that stands for all of the village quests. I finished his, have the crate still, but I have the unlock, got the health buff crystal and have trained in vehicle control even, so I don't see how keeping the crate is a problem at all, anyway.

Ahh I see, my bad. From information I have had from other players I was under the impression that it was possible to do the quest again even though I have done it once before. My mistake.

Well, if it's a two part quest, like say for instance, Ranged Accuracy in Phase 1, where you do 10 rounds to get the unlock, and then can do 10 additional rounds for the item, that you can do at different times, like last phase 1 get the unlock, and then next phase 1 do the additional 10 for the item. But since with the Vehicle Control quest you get the item and the unlock at the same time, then you can only do it once. Note also that for the quests that you can do them at seperate times, once it is fully completed (that is, you've gotten the unlock and the item), then that's it, you can't do it again.
