Phase shift should happen today -- can anyone clarify this and update on the melee acc quest. bugged or not bugged is the question




I support doing /citywarn on any SOE Employee you see

I'm secrety hoping that Lowca changes today, even though it shouldn't yet.


But I can always hope.
