Uploading customization data ..................................The crafting station is manufacturing the requested item........................Depositing item into the output hopper........................

its taking 2-3 times longer to craft each item on dath.

Acutally I'd suggest crafting in an un manned space zone. I was able to craft out BE very fast since it was lag free. Doesn't help with the ride to the village, but I'm sure you would save more time sitting beside a space station and grinding.

I'm not sure that the travel time from crafting off planet wouldn't exceed the lag associated with crafting on dath at the village. But in either case the time spent crafting would double or triple, and the time it takes without lag is already mind numbing. I'm not going to even waste my time when there is lag. Fighting through it or traveling from off planet (with such a low cap on xp) is just dumb imo.
its sad that the biggest deterent to gaining fs crafting experience is lag.

Toss some crafting stations in a yacht, and craft in orbit

the wep crafting xp cap is only 120k. I'd probably cap every 30mins. And theres no way im wasting my time making a trip to the village every 30mins. Altogether, you need to convert like 200 times.
