Im going TKM but would like to know if I could do master TKA/Master Pikes/4-0-0-0 Combat Medic... Can I do all of those?

No, but TKM/MPikes/Doc4000 is a common template I am told

You could only get Novice CM. The problem is Combat Medic is engineered to be ranged vs. melee so while CM only takes one Medic tree it also requires 0004 Marksman which takes the 15 points for Novice Marksman. Doc requires two trees of Medic so you can get the 4000 of Doc.

You could get the MTK, CM 4000 and three trees of Pike (4440 or whatever) though.Not bad if you really want the ranged healing.

get a good VL with about 1000 max damage, smack and ADK and a SAC pup on it, and use that as your main weapon of choice.. while using the Pikeman damage specials (or any damage specials) the max damage of knucklers, even knucklers of katarn, will be too low to do any top damage dealing.

(remeber high DPS only hold when using nothing but melee hit, and you wont with the nice specials in pike)
