How long does it take normally once you get all 6 skill tree's completed for the old man to pay you the second visit?

A guild mate waited about 12 hours, but he was a post 9 pre 10 unlocker.

If this question has been answered before I sincerely apologize for asking again. I just searched for it for a long time now and found nothing so I thought I'd ask. Does anyone know whether or not the old man will visit you if you're perma-overt? It has been 3 days now and I still have not had a visit from him yet. I have been overt almost the whole time so I was wondering if this had anything to do with it. Thank you in advance for your help.

No, I do not believe it matters if you are overt or not. And unless you are a Jedi Knight, you are not perma-overt.

It *should* have nothing to do with it. I looked at all that stuff while I was waiting for him, and I never once saw anything that said he wouldn't come to overts. Maybe some people who were overt while they waited will post here, but I'm 99% sure it won't affect it... Some people just take a while to get the visit. Sorry for your long wait
