Force Sensitive Archive

Hey everyone I am hoping someone has a good answer for this little question of mine.

I have been going to the village for oh about 16 weeks now and have completed 5 quests. Since I may be the worst grinder ever, I had not been filling up my boxes very well until I realized I am only a couple of weeks away from unlocking so I better get moving. Well last night I headed back out to the village to convert XP and saw that I now had enough for another 1st level Reflexes box. I ran over to Noldan and guess what... I can not train anything right now.

I pulled open my quest log and it says that I have completed 5 Quests, but only 2 of those (both phase 4 quests by the way) unlocked a branch. I even have the Mind Focus Crystal from the last phase, but it did not unlock the Melee Accuracy Branch. Does any one know if this is a bug? Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Please help if you know anything at all.
