Thread: Phase 4 crafting Chief Engineer won't give me mission

I have the tree filled already due to free unlocks. I already have my slot but wanted the reward. I have not had any problems with getting missions on already filled trees before this. When I talk to the Chief Eng. he ask how I am doing with crafting and repair mastery. Then says he is too busy to talk with me. I don't have a current quest this phase. In my quest log it shows the capture enemy still in my log but I finished it and got reward unlock last phase. I sent in a help request to CSR. Of course no help from the first guy and had to resubmit. Anyone run into anything similar?

I did this mission (find the fallen satellite and get the computer core) then went back to talk to him and he told me the same. So I don't have the reward. I have crafting mastery novice, nothing else. And the CSR guy didn't help me either
