Thread: Is there a grenade grinding guide?

I hear so many different ideas on grenade grinding. Please tell me someone's put together a guide for this? I see bits and pieces of ideas from one post and other posts say the opposite or other things. I'm quite lost on what to do here. Lol. Thanks.
