In theory, you are not supposed too. However, there have been 2 things that have happned that arn't supposed too:

1: An initiate was once on the terms and hunted. (believe this was reported of happening to two people)

2: When one reached padawan, he was insta-termed. He had built vis, but he wasn't put onto the terms untill he hit padawan.


No matter what the case tho, it's good practice to develop good habits from day one. MOST people once they get hunted seem to keep getting on the terms, but those that have never been terminized have their macros/cautions in order and are ready to roll when their templete is finished.

Theres a BH on our server with a screeny of him killing an initiate, no idea wether it was a duel or mission though

Well, as a general rule, regardless of your jedi status....don't do anything that gets you on the terms.....try and avoid vis as much as you can. That's the only way to be sure and safe.

As soon as you are padawan you can get on the terminals. (Although a few initiates were there too it's commonly thought that it's a bug)
