A warning to Corellians on Bloodfin! Heed this cautionary tale...
I finished my Village unlocks the last day of 2xXP week and finally got my character back into fighting shape to take on Mellichae (I had gimped myself to grind sense XP). Now that Mell and pals are in the 78-85 level range, I figured I'd see how my level 71 Smuggler/BH fared against them.
I was actually able to solo the crystals and everybody except Mellichae (well, I had a lvl 30 droid for help). My FWG and renegade pistols barely dented Mellichae. Even with the crystals gone, his regen was very fast. Two hits and I woke up in the cloner.
My strategy had worked pretty well, so I tried again. Same result. I finally decided to ask for help, so the next day my level 64 CH/Pistoleer wife offered a hand, along with her droid and a pet.
We buffed up, I used my health focus crystal and we went to work. Things looked good, but once again, Mel regened at an insane rate, even though the crystals were gone and he was kited far from camp. Things started getting weird. I burned through my action pool way too fast and it wouldn't regen, I couldn't use my speeder, and I couldn't burst run away. All I could do was take a few lightsabre swipes to the kidneys.
After dusting myself off in the cloner and swearing a lot, I was ready to call it quits for the day but my wife wanted to try again. So, no buffs, not worrying about picking everyone off, we wiped out the crystals. While the last crystal was getting beat down 3 sith rushed us. I got so focused on them, I didn't realize that Mellichae had run up 10m from me and was wacking my speeder to bits. I managed to distract him, hop in and ride away while my droid finished off the crystal.
As I fled I noticed an Imp drug squad on a hill. It was kind of far, but I figured it might be worth trying to kite him over there and see if they'd help. As I was trying to type this strategy, my wife started yelling, "Something is getting him, hurry!"
I frantically fly back and find Mellichae with his health half gone. It seems that the Mighty Mell aggroed a group of tabbages. Somehow, 4 low-level creatures were able to do what we and our pets couldn't. Frankly, they were kicking his ass. We opened fire, and it was done. You have been invited to embark on the path to becoming a Jedi.
When I went to loot Mellichae's corpse and claim his mechanical arm as the ultimate trophy, I learned the true power of the tabbage. "You do not have permission to loot this corpse." One of the rodents had claimed the reward as its own.
Don't mess with tabbages.

I'm glad you enjoyed the story! Although I was a bit bummed about the arm, I am psyched to start my new adventures (and to never have to drive to that blasted Village again).

I was helping someone do their Mell mission and that other high level npc with mell (daktar or something) agroed some eopies and they got him stuck in a building, while doing about 200 dmg each....was so funny, he was going at them but he couldnt hit any of them.
