From what ive seen, the base walls are static. Only the turrets, gates, Siths, and the commander spawn. You might want to check other locations.

Naah what I mean is I was there yesterday at that waypoiny, Rho was there.. and I found the "Rho" Shield Remote.. I went back with some friends today and there was no base at all, just a flat patch of land.

Have you tried today? Maybe its back with the server reset.

I've been to these bases and everything .. if there's a flat patch of land where a base should be does this base respawn after a while? or does this mean it has moved.. if so then I'm screwed unless anyone knows where Rho base is on Corbantis right now.
