Where do I acutally fo to get that skill tree? Were do I go to start learning in it. The only thing I have now is novice combat prowess, this is my first phase.

if you finished his quest it is unlocked and you can learn from noldan once you have the needed fs xp. i would advise to bank the xp and get all 24 boxes when you go jedi
