The survey quest is broken for me. A CSR checked into it and he had to elevate it to the next level, whatever that means.

Am I supposed to continue waiting? Should I call on the phone? I am unable to respond to my original ticket, I sent an email to remind the CSR of my problem. I would rather not have to wait for the next phase II shift to occur just to find out that my quest is still broken.

I had taken the quest near the end of the last phase II but the phase shifted before I finished it. I waited all this time to do it again, and it is not working. The CSR tried a bunch of things but it didn't work.

So what do I do? What would YOU do?

I had major problems with CSRs in the past. I tried just about anything, submitting a ton of tickets, getting on the IRC chat from the launchpad (They told me to submit a ticket, lol), and even tried calling them( same thing, told me to submit a ticket). Only thing that worked somewhat is one appeared ingame after aqbout a week or so, to one of my tickets and helped out somewhat. Had lost a ton of resources that were in a station hopper and high end harvestors that were in a pack. What he did was give me crap resources and bare 4 harvestors. Anyway hope it all works out for you. GL
