A quick question, I got the old man visit last night for the mellicha quest. Is there a timer set on this? I went there and killed the crystals killed all the thugs went on to dakatar and he was almost dead when poof he and mellicha were gone! So I was a liitle confused no message no shrine wp. I did some reading and a place said if you fail shuttle away and the back to reset wp. I did this and it was reset, so I tried again. What happend but the same thing. So I look at my quest journal and it has a check box by the quest but still no message or wp to shrine so I find out where a shrine is and go to it just in case and nothing. Log out log in and the mission is reset again. Has anyone see this issue? Is there a timer set or something? Is there a fix for this? Any help would be great!

It might be that someone or something else killed Meland your quest is complete. Does the quest guide show the quest as complete?

Geting a waypoint to a shrine is either bugged or it doesn't happen anymore. I never received one and you don't need it. Just get the shrine coordinates from the Jedi FAQ on the Jedi boards and go to a shrine and see if you can start the trials. BTW you must /kneel at the shrine to use the mediate option on the radial menu.

I'm not sure it has the check mark by the mission when this happens but when I went to a shrine and meditated (I'm tka and I think that is suppose to work) nothing happend. Also Mellicha was right in front of me the one time and just pulled an ob1 an disapeared. Then when I do log or travel and come back the mission does not have the check box by it any more and I can go back and do the mission again. Any other suggestions?

FYI Meditating at the shrine is not the same as the TKA meditate skill. When you click on the shrine, there is a "meditate" option in the radial menu.

If Mel is respawing then the mission is not complete. It sounds like the same bug that was around a while back where any mission (not just Mel) would despawn. I would open up a trouble ticket and get a CSR involved.
