WHEN CU COME OUT I WILL HAVE5 BRANCH FILLED BUT, but will loss it all we the CU come out?

No you don't lose anything. Completed branches are completed branches. I'd try to complete your sixth before the CU.

another question. how about banked XP?
will they raise the xp needed or something, or can i just bank all my xp needed before cu and unlock after and just train..?

Banked xp should also be there after the CU. If they are raising the exp needed, noone knows yet. Just bank as much as you can now.
