what gives youbetter bonuses research center in a town or FS Experimentation
is one better then the other or do they stack for even better results ?
if FS Experimentation is better and im in a research center town wich mod do i get ?
is it true i can get a critical success with FS Experimentation ?

Very good questions!
I think there are no official replies to this. You can just find player's opinions about it.
I don't have FS experimentation but everytime I craft I try to do it in a research center using bespine drinks. Maybe the effects will stack, maybe not.
