Received my Mellichae Wp this morning, no doc buffs, i attempted to take this sith-wannabe to the cleaners

with the help of some janta rockshapers, mellichae was occupied while i took out4 acolytes of this one-armed man of the darkside. due to work obligations i entered into tk meditation and whilst afk macroingI hope toreturn hoping to find the same number of spawns. Basically, my question is are there any timers on mells helpers ,mell himself, or his bum buddy in regards to re-spawning?
