Do I need to be master medic to take the village quests from Sivarra? It was stated in one guide that we need to be master medic but in other guides it does not. thanks

For the phase 1 quest, yes - I tried as less at one point and she wouldn't even talk to me. For phase 4, I don't think so, but I'm not positive.
