I did the patrol quest from captain Sarguillo for this phase, question is are you supposed to get the Aurilian Banner when you complete it? I did not get this and was just curious how this works? I have unlocked the ranged tree and really wanted the banner.

you must do a second set of 10 patrols to obtain the Aurillian Banner.
